Treating your injury at Restoration Chiropractic begins with a comprehensive consultation and evaluation. Corrective Phase
During the corrective phase of your journey to health, we will perform gentle, specific chiropractic adjustments that restore your brain’s ability to communicate with the rest of the body. These precise adjustments are what allow the body to heal itself.
Scheduled Maintenance

Knowledge Aids Healing
All of the doctors at our Prosper chiropractic office are board certified through the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners (TBCE). Additionally, they all have certifications through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) to serve children from birth to adulthood and are all specialized through Webster certification to care for women during pregnancy and in post-partum. As a chiropractor in Prosper, we specialize in full-family wellness, and it is our goal to serve the entire family with neurologically-based chiropractic care.
We are in-network with most major providers. Please bring your ID and insurance information to your first appointment and we will complete a complimentary benefits check before any charges incur.
No. We are a portal of entry facility, meaning no referral is necessary for us to care for you.
Please do. Any imaging and/or reports will help the doctors deliver the most precise and effective care possible.
Yes. We have a digital X-ray suite on-site for your convenience and cost effectiveness. Most practice members, if not pregnant, receive X-rays as part of our examination process.

One of the most intentional and caring chiropractors I have EVER been too!When most people think of Chiropractors, they think of twisting, pulling, rotating, and coming in whenever there is pain. I began seeing Dr Jake at Restoration Chiropractic years ago with a sciatica issue that wasn't helped by three other chiropractors in the area. His knowledge and skill using the torque technique IS what healed me and keeps me from the pain I’ve had.... He’s consistently kind. His staff is wonderful and always very friendly and accommodating.
